Ehrlichia-Leishmania-Anaplasma-Heartworm Combo Test Kits

TEST PROCEDURE

- Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25℃ before running the assay.
- Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Use the capillary dropper to place 1 drop(approx. 10μL) of the prepared specimen into the sample hole. Then drop 3 drops of assay buffer CHW into the sample hole. Start the timer.

Chart I. Test Procedures of Heartworm antigens
- Use the capillary dropper to place 2 drops(approx. 20μL) of the prepared specimen into a vial of EHR-LSH-ANA assay buffer and mix well.
- Use the disposable dropper to place 3 drops of the diluted sample into the sample hole “S” of the test card, respectfully matching the windows EHR, LSH and ANA. Start the timer.
- Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.

The Ehrlichia-Leishmania-Anaplasma-Heartworm Combo Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Ehrlichia canis antibodies (EHR), Leishmania canis antibodies (LSH), Anaplasma spp antibodies (ANA) and Heartworm antigens (CHW) in dog’s serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.
