SENSITIVITY AND SPECIFICITY
The hCG One Step Pregnancy Test Midstream (Urine) can detect a minimum concentration of 25mIU/mL hCG or greater, which is in accordance with the W.H.O. International Standard. The test exhibits no cross-reactivity with LH (500mIU/mL), FSH (1,000mIU/mL), and TSH (1,000µIU/mL) when added to negative (0mIU/mL hCG) and positive (25mIU/mL hCG) specimens.

The following potentially interfering substances were added to hCG negative and positive specimens.

READING THE RESULTS

PREGNANT
|
When taking the test, if two lines appear, one in the control line region (C) and the other in the test line region (T), this indicates a positive result for pregnancy. The color or darkness of the lines may vary and does not need to match. |

NOT PREGNANT
|
A single colored line will be visible in the control line region (C), but there will be no line in the test line region (T). This indicates that you are most likely not pregnant. |
|
INVALID
|
The result is invalid if no colored line appears in the control line region (C), even if a line appears in the test line region (T). You should repeat the test with a new test midstream. |
